Hi, I am Adele Harris, a menopausal working woman in my mid-fifties and I am passionate about supporting all women through their menopause journey.

 I now honestly believe that my menopause became the greatest gift to me, I am making a newer, wiser, happier in my own skin, better version of myself and I have never been so happy – and it only took me 50 odd years to get there. Let me help you face your menopause with confidence.

Menopause Coaching

The answer to menopause is not always about HRT. To have successful, happy and manageable menopause takes a bit of work. It is about understanding your hormonal health and the connection between stress, blood sugars and hormones. Understanding the impact on your body when your blood sugars drop. Knowing that when our oestrogen levels start to decline, we feel it everywhere in the body including our brains and our moods. There are over thirty symptoms of menopause which are the cause of degeneration in our bodies, but we can do things to help regeneration! The most important lesson of all is understanding that stress and menopause are interlinked and the more stress we are under the more we aggravate our menopause symptoms.

My Five Session One-to-One programme helps you through key stages in balancing your hormones and managing your menopause symptoms. It's all about looking at your diet, keeping your stress levels under control and building a confident mindset which not only helps you to cope with menopause but actually makes you thrive! This is a personalised program where we work together to establish the correct program for you – balancing your hormones and striving to make you feel more like the person you want to be. I am particularly passionate about helping you to regain your confidence in the workplace where the effects of menopause can often be challenging.

This compact 60-minute session (perfect to hold during your lunch hour) is about menopause and how your symptoms are affecting you at work.  Giving you the confidence and support you need to manage your menopause. A quick toolkit and info session to help reset your focus and help you manage as you balance work, family, life, and menopause.

100% of women go through menopause and it is a totally natural event, but it is the hormone deficiency that creates the rollercoaster in your life.  My role is to help you understand why and how your body is responding to this hormonal change. It is to provide you with the skills, knowledge and support to manage your menopause and the impact symptoms can have on your life (especially at work). I am all about the Professional Support where you need it the most!
